HYBRID TRAINING
Not lying when I say the best of both worlds. Hybrid training is having in-person sessions as well as a full online personalized program for those days you don’t see your coach. Hybrid training is for those are looking for a full program but need a flexible schedule for their workouts. If you travel frequently and still want the accountability this is the training for you. Hybrid includes nutrition guidance, full online program + 1 check in/workout session to take body measurements, progress pictures, and to update on anything that may be going on in your program. If time during check-in sessions we can use the rest of that time for a workout. The rest of the workout days and other days on your program will be self led.
